There is no question as to where the inspiration for the eternal hot chocolate came from, this is a perfect, warm and rich shade of chocolate and provides an excellent option for a wide range of designs. The natural and soft colouration bears all the same features as the other colours included in the muted earthtones range, to which this colour belongs. The ink, like many of the eternal inks, is available in a selection of sizes, allowing you to order as much or as little as you need without producing any excess cost or waste material that you don’t need. The ink itself is produced using a selection of the best possible natural ingredients, much like all of the other eternal inks, this not only helps to ensure that the ink offers a natural, bold and long lasting colour of ink but also ensures that the ink is an organic and non-toxic solution to your needs. It is the organic nature of the ink that is particularly valuable, as this reduces the likelihood that the ink will cause irritation to the skin when applied, a risk that is further reduced by our sterilization process; a process that very few other suppliers invest in despite the benefits. The process includes the use of advanced gamma ray technology to remove bacteria that might otherwise result in irritation, allergic reaction or even infection.

My order hasn’t arrived?
We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.
What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?
If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.
I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?
To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.
